I had bought Gu chomps at my gym two weeks ago to practice on my last long run, then I forgot them at work :/ so last minute I bought Clif shot blocks at Target on Saturday. I cut them into smaller pieces and had about 4 of them over the course of miles 8-9-10. I am not good about water or fueling to be honest. I think it helped though!
