What's the deal with skid marks at work?

Or at least add some extra TP to the bowl and courtesy flush. That will often clear out the skid if there isn't a brush handy.

We do not have brushes in the restrooms at work. The cleaning staff bring them in, use them, and take them away.

Aren't European toilets normally pretty low flow? I've noticed it in Europe but not here in the US.
