How was your weekend?

I already posted about mine but what about all of you. Did you enjoy your weekend?

J's parents came over Friday night and I talked to them about my struggles with Ava and not wanting more children right now. I usually only talk to her parents about superficial things, they can be too judgey, but it felt good to get it out.

We met up with our friends for breakfast on Saturday, 2 dad with their 2 sons, we must have been a sight! After breakfast, we came home and took the pool down, J and A took it to the IL's and set it up. I hung out at home with the younger kids until J got home with our new, bigger pool. We offloaded the pool into the garage and packed the kids up to go to the IL's where we had dinner. Home and bed. Awake at 3:45am to the sound of fireworks/gunshots and the dogs barking like crazy afterward.

J worked on Sunday and the kids had an entire day of movie watching while I cleaned the house. I text J to let her know she can buy a gun, I am jumpy in our house at night now.

I enjoyed mine for the most part. Friday was a nice dinner out with SIL and her GF. Saturday my wife worked OT. I went to a friend's house and used her treadmill to finish up C25K week 4 while she hung out with the boy, and then we hung out for a bit before heading home. Saturday evening my sister, her GF and GF's daughter came over and we all played games until late. Yesterday we spent a good part of the day fixing some things and making plans to replace our front door this week (it's old and it cracked so it REALLY needs to be replaced ASAP).
