They leave it on the front porch way in the back next to the door. It's not visible from the street there. Sometimes they leave it on the back porch. They used to hide them at my old house, but I think theft was common in that area?
Our UPS delivery people just get fed up trying to find our apartment so they deliver packages to any one of hundreds of apartments in our complex. It's a really fun game trying to find them.

Not here, but we had one guy who would throw our packages onto the second story porch. That would be fine and all, but it was a duplex, and the second story porch belong to someone else.
HA! We're lucky if they ring the door bell or knock to let us know they dropped something off. And of course my useless dogs don't always let me know someone is there either.

If its small they put it between the screen door and the regular door. If not they just leave it there. I live at the end of a dead end and rarely does anyone come down the street besides our neighbors.

When I loved in Virginia I'd get packages "hidden" under the doormat like in your picture. One time it was a really small package I wasn't expecting and I walked on it for three days before someone inquired about it and I looked under the doormat.
When we lived in the city, they USUALLY either put it on our back porch or left it w/ a neighbor. Every once in a while it would be sitting on our front steps. Luckily we never had a package stolen.
Where I live now- no. Some drivers will leave packages by our side door (under our carport), but others will leave them on the front porch.

Really? Wyatt HATES the UPS guy. Like, he will hear him blocks away and start barking. I don't know what his problem is. He escaped one day when the guy was dropping something off. He just wanted on the truck.
Poor UPS guy to the house last night while we weren't home but Wyatt was inside. I can only imagine that scene...
Trying for #3; FET 8/18 -- BFN. Leaving things up to chance for now... After three years, three IVFs, and two FETs, we finally have our miracle babIES!
LOL! Sometimes they do here. I've come home to a note on the front door saying they've left the package at the back door, a note on the back door that the package is tucked behind the BBQ and our new laptop left right on the front porch not hidden from sight at all. DH's work is on the same delivery route as our house so sometimes the packages are left there for him to bring home.

Once they put them behind a pillar on the porch. Normally they leave them inside the storm door (which is what I want). The only issue with that is that I have a flight of steps in the front, which means my package is then at eye-level for people walking down the street. I'm surprised I don't have more packages stolen, really. (I did have multiple DSL modems stolen, since the box said Verizon and people must have thought it was a cell phone or something. I finally had to get it delivered elsewhere.)
