Awesome job losing over 100 pounds! Did you lose it all while following weight watchers? I have over 100 to lose also and it is such a big number to wrap your head around. I am curious to know what you have done to reach that goal and how long it took. If you don't mind sharing of course!
Thank you!! I started WW on August 14, 2010. So it has taken me 21 months. It is a large number to focus on. I really concentrated on every 5lbs. I focused on the food changes first and slowly incorporated exercise via walking and then into C25K. For me, it was all about portions. We ate good food but I ate way too much of it. I still measure almost everything. It was important to see 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes versus my usual serving size. As I lost the weight and points, I found ways to not feel hungry using fruit, veggies, and snack ideas from ladies here. You can do this!! Reward yourself for each 5lbs. Acknowledge that you will not lose weight every week but you are making better choices every day. It really has become my life now, not just a diet. Good luck and you can do it!!
