This morning was a comeback from 4 days of rest and I had a glorious 8.5 mile run- cool, sunny weather, nice breeze, added a partial new route with the last 1.5 miles on trails near our house that I've walked 100s of times but never run on before. I love discovering new spots to run (and may have discovered a new love=trail running)

F - rest S - moved my sister back to my dad's house S - 3.5m before calling it a day, this heat sucks! I'm going to have to get out there early in the morning going forward

F - rest day. Mowed and edged the lawn :-) S - Easy 5-mile run S - 11 mile mostly trail run. Absolutely gorgeous morning for an in-city trail run with friends.
F - rest day S - 5k run around my neighbourhood S - 2 hour bike followed by a 20 minute run. Despite the fact that my legs felt like crap during this run, I was able to maintain 8:10 miles, so that's helping me feel more confident for my triathlon and duathlon in June.
Friday-6.25 mile run Saturday-6.25 mile run and weights Sunday-13.1 mile run, last long run before my half marathon taper, it didn't go as well as I had hoped but I didn't give up so that was good.
