Friday: 5 miles Saturday: I wanted to prove to myself that I could still run well in this heat & humidity, and wound up with 10 miles @ 7:59. Ha! Take that FL! Sunday: I'll probably go out for 5-6 & then do some core & lower body.
F: 2 miles + lifting S: 4 miles S: wandering the airport. I was going to try for a longish run this evening but now we have a 3.5 hour delay, soooo not so much.

Fri - rest day Sat- partner wod tabata - shuttle runs, push-ups, sit-ups, air squats, inverted rows on trx, and burpees. And 7 hours of yard work Sun 21,15,12,9,6,3 @65# HSPUs, front squat and bar facing burpees
