I have a duathlon coming up on June 14. The distance is 10k/60k/10k and I need some advice on what to do for long workouts.
So far, I recently ran a half marathon on April 27 and my longest bike ride was yesterday, at 45k in 2 hours; this bike ride was followed by a 20min run.
What do you think I should do over the last four weekends that are left?
One complication is that I am on vacation from this Friday through the following Sunday (so, the next two weekends). I can run and use a spin bike where I will be, but outdoor bike rides won't be possible.
