Not sure why. I have been keeping my normal hours. School is pretty exhausting, but ya know...normal. And my throat hurts.
I'm operating under the assumption DH has made plans for the weekend, and I'd hate to be exhausted for that, too. So I'm thinking of rest today, up in the am to run (so I don't fight the battle in the pm), go Thursday a little shorter, then Saturday normal longer run/lifting before whatever we are doing.
I think this is the time of the year when things are just tiring. Mr. GT always is all out of whack this time of year. I came home to find him napping at 5:30 pm and he just started a run on the treadmill.
I "only" did a cycling workout yesterday (usually do a 45 min cycling class, then abs, then some type of weights workout out on Tuesdays and Thursdays) and fell asleep around 9:15 last night. I hear ya, I feel beat too and have no idea why.

I'm glad (but not glad for you guys) that I'm not the only one mysteriously exhausted lately. I was starting to worry I was pregnant or something, even though I had the pretty definitive sign I wasn't, based on my level or tiredness! I actually was struggling to stay awake Monday after 7:30, and finally went to bed at 9. I feel so sluggish but I'm blaming it on the fact that I quit coffee, even though that was three weeks ago.
