With all the traveling and craziness, I've totally fallen off. I haven't been able to stick to my normal running schedule either, but things are stable now for the next 4 weeks at least. Someone hold me accountable to not eat any more donuts! I'm going back to two-a-days tomorrow.
It's so easy to get off track, especially when travelling or your routine gets messed up. H mentioned last night that he noted I'd been "putting the food to me lately" So I'm completely in the same boat!
I've been trying to get back on track too, after pre-race eating. This past weekend was a poor example, because travelling does make it really really hard!
Me too. Once you get off track it is hard to get back to normal, b/c food and booze are awesome. I expect to gain a few pounds post marathon, but maybe not all in a couple weeks
I always go back and forth with my eating. Unfortunately, I need to get to the point of feeling gross before I kick myself in the butt and get back on track. I wish I could stay motivated to eat healthfully 24/7!
