We had a great NT scan yesterday then I got the final results back today combined with the blood work and my age and it's like a 1 in 7000 chance of downs and 1 in 10000 chance of Trisomy 18! Such a relief to get all the test results back.
Also all my u/s have been with the wand. I assume this was over the belly....could they see both babies at once? So far I see one at a time and I'm so curious how they are positioned in me.

I had also had the transvaginal ultrasounds up until this point. Yesterday's was just a belly ultrasound. The previous ultrasounds they were fairly close together and they were able to get a "group shot" of them. But yesterday they were much more separated and they couldn't even fit them both in for a picture. It was interesting to have the belly ultrasound as it gave me a better sense for where both babies are - baby A is down low on my right side and baby B is on my left at about hip or higher.
The babies looked a lot bigger from our previous scan at 10 weeks, much less alien like and more baby like, you could see their profiles and arms/legs distinctly.
The tech and radiologist told us at our scan yesterday that the measurements all looked good, then this morning I received an email from my drs office with the official #'s (blood, scan and age factored together). My drs office emails you results if everything is normal so it was a relief to get an email and not a phone call!
