Last I heard she had two kids and was very happy. I haven't followed her in ages. Who dumped who and why?
What I have been able to discern, I think it was because of the overlap with their working life and their personal life. Her husband became part of her/their business, and that didn't seem to go well. He is now no longer part of the Dooce empire, and he got kicked out of the house.
My new guilty pleasure is getoffmyinternets.net, which is a forum for discussing blogs and bloggers. They have lots of threads on dooce if you would like to read.
aka Heather Armstrong. A former Mormon in Utah who became one of the first major mommy bloggers and has been/is very open about her mental health struggles. One of the biggest blog earners out there.
Is it just me or does it seem like a lot of mommy bloggers have had issues lately, especially with mental health. Not judging, because I obviously have problems too, it just seems to be a common thread.
Federal heights is a nice neighborhood. It's no avenues, but it's alright...new money. psht.
And I'm going to amend my comment because, according to Zillow, Federal Heights is considered "greater Avenues" so I suppose it's like the Avenues...but Dooces house is a little close to the University and newish so I thought it wasn't considered in the most up and up of SLC neighborhoods...I guess I atand corrected.
