The trip is on my "Shopping Trip" list, but I spent $103 at Sephora during the 15% cash back ebates deal, and it's not showing up. I am going to leave it for a few days, even though my order is supposed to arrive today, but how do I report this so I get my cash back? I can't seem to find a link or email anywhere. TIA!

Thanks so much for posting this! I had forgotten that I never inquired about a major purchase I made on Wayfair a few weeks ago. I just did it and they added $18 to my ebates account!
Yeah my cash back went from like $20 to $260 over the course of this week. New sunglasses for me (3/4 pairs will probably be returned) and DH's birthday presents FTW.
I contacted them about my $$$ Sephora purchases as well. They credited me immediately, but also said that Sephora typically takes 5 days to validate and post.

I've found if you wait a week or so after the purchase date and then fill out a Wheres My Cash Back form, if the amount is small enough, they give it to you instantly. Othertimes, they make you wait. Don't wait too long though - we were supposed to get back $$$ from booking our vacation through Cheap Caribbean and it was quite the process that luckily we only one because I had filed a Where's My Cash Back form within the first 30 days.
I bought something last month and had to exchange it (via mail). I got a notification today that I was losing $ from my ebates from this purchase. But I didn't return, I exchanged. Do you think they'll put the money back if I contact them?

I read somewhere that happens if you exchange things but not if you return and rebuy.
