Masgutova method?

My 5yr old has sensory issues, and we have been working with a Masgutova therapist for about 6 weeks. I have seen some incredible progress in that time, and wondered if anyone here was familiar with the system. As a nurse it "makes sense" to me, but I am looking to hear any other feedback.
