So much going on this week. I love Oberyn, such a bad ass and way hot. I love the return of Hot Pie. Baelish is very Snape to me. I need to catch up on the books as I am only on the 3rd.

I'm still on the fence. I always picture Old Daario saying New Daario's lines and think, "Old Daario still would have been hotter." I don't know why. New Daario grows on me with each episode though.

The scene with Oberyn telling Tyrion the story about Cersei almost made me cry. Tyrion needs like a million hugs. No one has ever loved him really. Maybe Shae? Jamie but I don't see them hugging it out. I think she testified partly because she was hurt.

I just feel so bad for him.

Book readers likely know the answer to this, but I'm curious whether LF did what he did because that was his master plan or because he heard Lysa's rant to Sansa about Catelyn getting in her way. Sounds like Lysa was in on the Red Wedding.

That scene got to me too. Poor Tyrion.

The two scenes of Tyrion and the Viper and then Sansa's snow castle back-to-back? The feels the FEEEEELS.  I am about to watch for the third time. DH was here the first time so I couldn't cry. Niagara falls this time, I'm sure of it.

It's weird. I love that actor in everything else he is in (Orphan Black and Nashville) and think he is totally hot on those shows, but he doesn't do it for me as Daario. I keep picturing old Daario's eyes and then new Daario doesn't have a chance.

There was something magically flirtatious and rakish about old Daario. I do feel bad for new Daario because he's obviously good looking and quite sexy but he's just not the same. I am interested to see Old Daario's new Viking show, I'm hopeful it'll be worth watching.

Oberyn's "I'm in exactly the right place," omg. And the telling of the story of baby Tyrion was so much more chilling than in the books-that who scene was just so beautifully done.

Also, yay snow castle! Another great scene(s). I was a little put off by the rewrite of "Only Cat," but MH pointed out that it's been so long since Catelyn Stark was mentioned, much less her nickname used, so "your sister" would be easier for viewers to follow. Oh, well.

I mean come on, if you have a castle equipped with a moon door and you are ranting and raving within its vicinity, don't be surprised if you end up being pushed through it. I think that LF saying "your sister," instead of Catelyn was just to make it that much more of a dig against her. I am getting the feeling like I want to rewatch season 1, because I probably missed a lot in those episodes.
