You might recall how I decided not to run the half I had signed up for this spring because I felt like I had too much going on, yadda yadda, third life crisis, etc. So since then, about a month ago, I have run very minimally. 2 miles here, 4 there, that's it. Today I ran just about 8 HILLY ass miles. I had to walk a bit on those climbs, but nothing more than expected, and I felt great. It didn't hurt that my views were beautiful, I live in such a great spot
also, thanks for the encouragement, ladies. I really felt great and hope to increase my mileage so that maybe in 2 weeks I can run this half after all--with no goals of beating a certain time what so ever.
