Speaking of beets, I got some in my delivery box and have no idea what to do with them! Help?

My dog's original mommy friended me on FB today. I'm not sure why I ok'd it. Curiosity, I guess. Wondering who this person was that gave up such a loveable dog.

Running has just been sucking for me lately. Each time I take even the slightest break, I feel like I'm starting all over again. Someday I will be in shape and not suck.

I know those were the first words out of my mouth when I got my positive test too-like you, I wasn't expecting it to happen as quickly as it did.  It wasn't until I had a Saturday long run that was 10 miles of semi suck for no good reason that "Oh fuck maybe I AM pregnant" crossed my mind...I took the test after the run (as planned-we were hosting a party that night and I wanted to make sure I could drink.  Yeah no.) and bam! 8 months+one day later I had a brand spanking new newborn.

I had a suck-tastic run last week. Oddly the run sunday morning was fine.

I hope I'm as lucky as you, no problems and a bouncy baby in January!

I mean, you know how they say that any line is a positive? Well I dipped it in the cup, counted to 15 second (it was supposed to be 2 minutes) and that fucker popped RIGHT up. Dark as can be. No question. I compared it to the picture approximately 30 times before I was sure. Yes, 2 lines. Yes 2 lines means pregnant.

I've always just peeled, chunked & boiled- top with butter & salt. NOM. Roasting is supposed to be wicked good too.

H&F has invaded my dreams. I had a dream last night that I was going to do a half ironman, but was completely unprepared. I had no idea when the race was starting, yet was hours away from getting there. I didn't have a wetsuit or swimsuit. I didn't have any transition bags backed. It was a complete mess. Needless to say, I woke up before I actually had to do anything.

Thanks! I didn't so much think I was slick as still trying to absorb it. I'm, like, 4 weeks 3 days. So yeah, it's super duper early too.
