I might just hit my goal of a sub 30 5K on Thursday!
I'm doing a 5K Thursday night and I am suuuuuper nervous! I had a trail race last Saturday that kinda kicked my ass for all the mud & hills. Sunday I ran an easy 3 miles, last night I ran a normal 3 mile run for me and felt pretty good. Only a little sore in my hips. Resting today and I was going to do a really easy 3 miles Wednesday morning. Race is Thurday night. I'm thinking that should give me plenty of rest. Last night when I ran I did finish in under 30 minutes 29:57! So what should I do or should I not do that could help me or hurt me? Any tips?
