I returned to WW this weekend! It felt good to go to a meeting. I have walked each day with my mom which is encouraging for both of us. Non H&F - I am receiving an award tomorrow night at a work event. It is in regards to a law enforcement training I helped develop in our county. It is humbling to have law enforcement officers and criminal justice staff recognize my contribution, especially since I am a human services person.

I'm almost at 500 miles (499 to be exact) for the year already. My highest ever. I've been working so hard at my mileage and it feels great!
And I just got picked up by another yoga studio to teach at. Not sure ill be a long term fit there but they hired me all based on reviews they've heard about me!

I haven't been super careful with my eating this pregnancy (being sick for 20 weeks helped a bit with that) but despite my less than stellar food choices, I'm still below my "fat" weight I use when telling people how much weight I've lost. (Does that make sense?) And thanks to working out and hitting that stage where the baby is just too big to eat a lot, I don't think I'll gain very much weight the rest of the pregnancy so I'm hoping to stay below that number.

I met up with a training group after work for hill drills on a local bridge. I'm extremely shy so just showing up is a big deal for me. The hill drills were actually a lot of fun and kept everything interesting.
I have been solo parenting for the past week and a half, and I've managed to still stay on top of my workouts, thanks to the BOB and Amazon Prime Instant downloads. No excuses!

I finished Couch to 5K! Like, the whole program, not like last time when I just switched to walk/run intervals at week 5. I can run a whole 31 (very slow) minutes for the first time in my life. Hello, injury comeback!

Last year I had 24 stitches in my legs due to 2 pre cancerous moles. I could not walk without crutches. This Saturday I graduated from C25k, and yesterday I ran 4 miles.
