I'm a little nervous but since my major lesson from kickboxing has been, 'trying new things doesn't kill you and you might actually enjoy it' I figured I would try something else. I'm on a roll!
Yoga is amazing for your physical and mental/emotional body and well being. It totally relived my stress, reshaped my entire body and helped me become more body aware and learn pain, hunger, etc signals from my body and fuel it, rest it, take care of it so much better!
