Weight wise it just isn't coming off. I never had this issue after the first spawn. The second one has cursed me. I actually gained weight right after having her and have been stuck at the exact same spot ever since.

If you are eating right and being active, maybe it has to do more with some kind of imbalance or thyroid issue.

Have you gotten any blood work done?

They are going to do some blood work at my next visit. Not sure what all they will be testing for.
