Me! 9 am....it'll be my first time. I am not a runner so the first mile will kill my lungs my right off the bat. Thankfully I just refilled my asthma rescue inhaler lol
I'll have a blue band for the pullups for sure...maybe even 2 by the end
You know it! I did it last year with a black band for pull ups and this year I will go RX. I plan on going as early as I can to try to beat the heat, that second mile run is going to be HOT.

48:40 started with purple band finished with red. We did 5/10/15 in teams of three but all did the full thing so that we could have room on the pull-up rig since we had almost 60 people there.
I am not a CFer, but my bootcamp teacher posted this workout. I am going to do it as part of my morning run, but I can't do an unassisted pull-up, and will be alone at the track, so I'll be subbing burpees for the pull-ups.
I am embarassed to say I skipped it....my box moved the time to 8 am plus I have an hour commute (I live in "the country" and drive to civilization lol) soooo I missed murph . I was not waking up my kids early, we all had a late night from a memorial day bbq yesterday.
So instead of murph I tortured myself with 2 hours of a home wod involving wallballs, kettlebells, bodyweight stuff and jumprope out of guilt
