OMG THOSE EARS!! I CANNOT BLAME THE OTHER DOG BECAUSE I WANT TO CHOMP ON HIM MYSELF! I'm still rather unclear on the concept of fostering: How likely is it that he actually just found his forever home, and he's staying there until YOU figure it out?! Because it kind of sounds like that's what's going on with Odie here.

Ha! When I owned a home it was easy to justify. I'm currently one dog above my lease limits on dogs I own- this would put me at two. if he gets along great with my Boston terrier, I may have a hard time letting him go, but I'm 98% sure it will happen.
Emotional support! We are one over the HOA limit, but they aren't classified as pets. I think someone here posted a link to an online website that will do the certification for $200 with an online skype consultation (if you don't already have a doctor).
haaa. Well, we're always looking for fosters & volunteers, in So Cal especially. Maybe you can convince him to foster? hehe. He's safe at least, so you don't have to worry.
yeah so glad he's got you & your org in the meantime. i have considered volunteering as i'm not sure my uber mean h will even be down for fostering (jk...he has valid reasons for why we wouldn't necessarily be good dog parents...but MEAN!).
