What are you training for? date? 3500-yard swim in mid-June (just a personal swim, no racing). I have slowly been working up to this distance.
Training plan for the week? M: rest T: 4.5-mile walk W: indoor sprint tri (elliptical instead of running) R: 900 yards F: 900 yards Sa: 3,000 yards Su: not sure, some cross training
Any issues or vents? I really want to start running again so I can train for a 5k, but my ankle is the WORST.
Highlights or AW's from the past week? My 2700-yard swim on Sunday was the longest swim of my life AND slightly faster than the previous week's 2450-yarder.
