I only have experience with MFP but I like it. The search tool is easy and you can even scan a barcode on a package of food to enter the nutrition info.

I use MFP and like it - I haven't tried lose it though.

I've been loyal to Lose It and always liked it a lot. But I decided to try MFP for about 2 weeks and wasn't a fan at all.

Lose It is much more user friendly in my opinion.

I've been using MFP since the beginning of the year and really like the database. It's easy to find and add food. I've never used lose it though.

I've used MFP and Lose It and prefer MFP because I think the database is better. I may have to go look back at Lose It again though after this thread.

I have used all of them (I am always looking for a better option, I guess?), and right now I am using the Livestrong one (MyPlate). I like it a lot.

I've used MFP and Sparkpeople. I prefer MFP.

I use MFP, but I customized it heavily to my own needs in terms of calories and macro ratios.
