I swam Friday, and just drank and ate on Sat & Sun .
Yesterday I pushed dd in the bob for a slow 45 min run w/H. We ran to dinner, then walked (dd scootered) home. It was brutal, courtesy of margs on the porch in the afternoon.
I'm on my way to hot yoga now and have not had any cocktails today :-p

F: 30 min swim S: 90 min bike ride S: 6.5 mile run M: went for a 2 mile hike in the mountains with the kids. It was very hilly and probably the longest two miles of my life. Went on a trail with my mom and brother (and his wife and two kids) that we grew up hiking. It was really fun.
F: spin and weights S: 60 min run, bikram yoga S: 7 mile run, core M: nothing. Vent: my foot hurts again, didn't hurt sat or sun but then tried to run this am and it hurt. I can't figure it out
Friday: Off Sat.-Ride Moto photographing US Professional Cycling Time Trial Championships for 8+ hours (moto for about 2.5 hours). When not riding moto, run around with 20 pounds of photography gear up and down the road and back again Sunday: 3 hour mountain bike ride Monday: Ride Moto and run around photographing US Professional Cycling Road Cycling Championships for 12+ hours. When not on moto, do sprints with 30 pounds of photography gear up and down the road.

F - 117.5# clean and jerk 1RM and short unplanned M workout S - 10min AMRAP and cleaned like crazy for party on sunday S - MURPH M - back squat and planned rest day

F - Rest S - Day 1, Week 1 of C25k. I added an extra 2 mins of running at the end. S - 45 mins stationary recumbent bike M - Day 2, Week 2 of C25k with a couple extra mins of running.
Each day also includes 1-2 miles of walking the dog.
