I introduced myself a yearish ago, but haven't been that active.
I'm just getting back into running after 2+months off due to an injury. I've had a hard time getting motivated (re-starting is hard!). I somehow convinced my husband to start C25k. It was a good excuse to do something with my hubby and to take my running return slowly (vs being disappointed I can't run the same distance/speed right now). I expected him to be faster, but holy hell. We are on week 1, 60 seconds run. Or for me, sprint. I'm a 11-12mm girl. The 60secs run have been at 8:15-10:15. But it feels great to be back out there. I plan to do 3 days c25k with him then just one short run without intervals by myself.
I also do group fitness training/classes. These are things like kettlebell classes, TRX classes, and kickboxing.
I've done two half marathons. Both Disney. So I'm broke. :-p I'm planning to do Wine & Dine in November. And hopefully a few other races before then.
