Here's my old boss' time. Freaking a, man.

Well fuck, that's fast. I was tracking a local runner during her marathon this weekend, and she cruised right on through for a sub 3:00 marathon. Her pace was, like, 6:45....AKA 10 sec faster than my 5k pace! Lol I just can't even with these people.

It blows my mind that people can run this fast. Let alone maintain it for multiple miles.

And to think I was excited about running two miles at a 7:30 pace today. lol

Holy crap. Did you see the first woman in the citizens' race was something like 90th overall? Crazy!

That's insane. That's basically the time of my first 5K. Geez...

He is basically a robot or something. He also came in 10th in the Denver RnR 1/2, and I think his time was like 1:17. So, you know, sub 6. For a half.

I'd be lucky to hold that pace for 1/10th of a mile. Fast people impress me.
