here is boy, front and center, and bjl at the top of the slide in the back.
i don't know what i've talked about lately, but his skin is better and his temperament is better....he's still difficult on grandma, though. MIL has started wearing hand braces, saying sometimes she can't feel her hands (she's holding him most the day)....so it's bad. he doesn't do well in a carrier for her.
I need to figure out how to post pics from my phone...dang technology.
My appointment yesterday was okay, my bp is the same as last week but high (140/86) which is a big jump from where it was at my 33 week appointment. So the midwife threatened bed rest which totally helps my blood pressure and decided that starting next week I get to go twice a week and do a nst each time. Whatever so long as I make it to June17th...hell at this point I'll take June 13th.
This morning when I dropped of Blb this other dad was walking out carrying some pictures and said "Blb looks really cute in her pony pictures!" I was like ummm I did not even know about this, but cool. So this company travels around to daycares with their pony and takes pictures of the kids in this cowboy getup. Lol. And they charge $30 for what you see here. I have a billion pictures of Blb smiling so I'm bummed that I feel obligated to buy these pictures of her not smiling at all.
JL that's really tough. Would boy just crawl around crying forever or would he stop and entertain himself if given the opportunity? Or are you just not comfortable with that... Ignoring him for a short time.
E is pulling himself up to stand constantly now. He's still doing the mom clingy thing a lot, which can be annoying. It is worst at my mom's. I'm not sure why. He's fine at day care. He is getting good at the sippy cup/straw and he likes to feed himself, although it's messy and not very efficient. We're working on naps in the crib, which are hit and miss.

he would cry, then throw himself down and cry, and he shivers and shakes when he cries. mil is forced to leave him when bjl needs a nap and he's not ready for one. she shoots for getting her to nap right after he falls asleep, so she can have a little time to get her down peacefully. the good thing is that bjl is super flexible (always has been). sometimes she naps at 8am, sometimes she naps at 3pm (when i get there).

I haven't checking in for a couple weeks so I will now.
Bkb is two and a half. Nothing huge going on. She's going through another developemental streak so she is being quick to have a tempure tantrum and they are becoming more epic in nature. Most of them are around bed time and getting ready for bed. I find I can usually bribe her with listening to one of her favorite songs before bed. She loves dancing to music. We'll put on Frozen songs, Ariel songs, or Muppet songs. She makes song requests.
She's also OBSESSED with her disney princess t-shirts. She sleeps with them and almost refuses to wear anything else. I have all these cute summer clothes for her but all she wants to wear is the two disney princess shirts she has. She also likes to show off her toys. If someone new comes over she'll grab something and show it to them. It's pretty cute.
First plane ride this week end. Wish us luck. I've got her leap pad, kindle fire (downloaded several movies), three new books, a scratch pad, and two new toys for playing. I need to toss in some crayons and make sure our motion sickness bands are packed. I hope she doesn't hog the kindle too much so I can play with it too

Make sure you being snacks and get a drink at the airport. It will help with her ears to be chewing/drinking and swallowing.

Hi!
M is 2 3/4, and talking up a storm. She is getting more stubborn by the day, but she is so dang sweet. She loves cuddles, hugs, and loves. And she's now into saying, "Watch me, Mommy, watch me!" and then will do some 'trick' like pull herself up on something, do a somersault, or jump. It's quite cute. She still watches too much TV for my liking (it's mostly Disney movies/Sesame Street), but we're also super busy the next few weekends and then we move, so I'm not too concerned. SIL tried to take her to the neighborhood play area, but there are a couple of boys that think it's theirs and they're older, so whenever we try to go and they are there, they try to run her off, it's SO annoying. Good thing the new house has a play area within 2 minutes walking distance and it looks barely used. Yay! Plus, we'll have our back yard for her to play in, so woo!
Had my 28 week appointment yesterday, and NO GD!! Yay! I wasn't last time, so I wasn't super concerned, but it's still nerve wracking anyway. I am, however, severely anemic and need a supplement. Other than that, a good appointment. Growing right on track, and only gained 1 pound since last time.
No pictures as of now... maybe when I get home and on the computer.
