I remember from my few months of crossfit that it was a great way to warm up before a workout. I forget how fast your suppose to go. Does anyone know? Thx
For a warmup I keep it under 2:30/500, for a workout I aim for 2:05/500 or under. Another good warmup is 30 seconds on 30 seconds off, increasing speed as you go.
