B - coffee w/milk, sliced fruit, egg on 1/2 a ww english muffin S - trail mix or hummus w/veggies L - leftover Persian dinner (rice + kebabs + yogurt sauce) S - fruit D - grilled tilapia over salad E - I'm sick, so maybe strength if I feel up to it. Otherwise, nothing.

B: Oatmeal w/ PB. Coffee L: Leftover fumi chicken salad. Kiwi. Greek Yogurt S: Snickers Bar (I'm so excited about it!) E: Either a 3 mile run or swim or lifting tonight D: Pineapple chicken tacos with mango salsa
B: ww cream of wheat, hot jasmine tea w/1 Splenda L: leftover spaghetti w/sauce, 2 pieces Dove dark chocolate D: Tofu burrito from my favorite burrito place with tofu, extra black beans, light (aka a just a little) rice, salsa, cheese tiny bit of sour cream, and maybe guacamole S1: ww crackers S2: Granola bar or Gu on the bike Dessert: small orange or an apple E: 23 mile hard group ride w/lots of hills
B: A co-worker brought in kolaches and donuts for my birthday. I can't just let them go to waste! L: Korean beef taco and kimchi fries from www.chilantrobbq.com/. Yum but hello butt fat. D: Salad with lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, hummus and avacado E: Hopefully a run.
B: granola and yogurt, tea S: banana, cheese stick L: WW and oatbran pita with roasted chicken, fat free cheddar, lettuce S: carrots, apple, air popped popcorn D: pasta with shrimp E: 4 miles
B1: 1 scoop chocolate protein w/ 8oz skim milk @ 4am. I woke up starving!!
B2: yogurt w/ granola, banana
L: small helping of leftover pasta w/ turkey meat sauce, multi grain roll, an orange
S: an apple, almonds or wheat thins
D: ice cream DS gave me a rain check for our ice cream dinner date from last night (he went to the movies w/ friends) so we will walk to the local ice cream parlor after he mows the lawn.
E: I really want to attempt an easy 2 mile run. I walked for 1 hour last night around my neighborhood and have not ran since last Tuesday. My nose is still stuffed and I am still coughing so I may just do some weights, install my infant car seat bases and walk with DS. I hope to run again by Thursday!!!
