I'm on vacation and walmart here has a huge selection. I'm thinking about getting a few things. Anyone have any suggestions? How's the quality/fit? It all looks nice but I don't want to waste money if it's cheap.
I have two tanks (bright colors with stripes) that were like $6 each and they are my favorites. I would buy more but they rarely have my size in stock.
Some of the stuff in the Danskin line is really cute. My cycling instructor wears almost exclusively Danskin. She always says she doesn't want to pay a lot for in anything she's "just going to sweat in." While I don't agree with her (I see value in good quality workout clothes) I do give her props for running an awesome cycling class each week. She's my favorite instructor.
I found that the shorts ride up a bit. I do like the little key pocket though. I'm trying out one of the tanks for my race this weekend. It seemed decent for the price so I'm sure I won't have complaints. I'm also not super picky about shirts.
I have danskin tops and I like them a lot. I also don't like to spend a bunch on something I'm going to sweat in. I'd rather have a variety of cute things then a few expensive things. My motto: I'm not gonna win, so I better look good. lol
I have five danskin tshirts that I am using during pregnancy. I went up on more size. I am 34 weeks now and they are getting tight/belly shows a little bit but otherwise I am happy with the quality for having paid $3 each.

I have quite a few tops and a a set of capris. I like the tops for the price. Works just fine. I have a few tops that are higher quality and I prefer those but for $3-6 I will go for the Danskin. The capris are fine. I bought the wicking kind and again, for the price they are great! I also have a few of the jackets. Those are nice and I don't think I would shell out money for the more expensive ones.
I have the yellow and the pink in the one pictured. They are thin but work fine. My only issue is that stains hold. I do Crossfit and am on a dirty ground a lot and the stains/dirt I get on those shirts don't come out whereas other brands come out OK. I would still get those shirts but in darker shades.
I just have to butt in here and say I have three pairs of Danskin leggings and two pairs of their compression type shorts that must be over 15 years old. No exaggeration. And I am hard on my workout clothes. I haven't bought anything from them in a long time, but if their quality is still the same, go for it. I have never shopped at Walmart before, and have no plans to, but this Danskin line is tempting....
