Good luck, everyone!
I have my super-sprint tri on Sunday. It should be fun. We are celebrating a friend's birthday after. All of my training buddies have barely swam or biked to prepare. So, I've got something on them there.
Good luck everyone! Thinking of you for tomorrow @mn06! I'm hoping the storms & humidity stay in control & you get a cool, fantastic morning for your race.

Thank you!! I have my visor and shades packed and am ready to take on the rain. I'll be sure to post about it afterwards and let you know how it went.
@mn06 - What a bummer; I see they've had to call off the race. Evil thunderstorms! I hope you are able to get home safely and maybe still get some miles in this weekend. I wonder if there's another race soon they would fit your schedule? {Hugs}

Good for you , @mn06! I love that you went out & did it anyway. With race adrenaline, I definitely think you would have shaved off that extra 1:12. Congrats on a huge PR!
@mn06 - oh man, I'm so sorry for your crazy morning. I kept looking at the weather radar & it looked wicked over Minneapolis, so it's hard to know what the right call was. It's rough that you had to wait so long though.
SO proud of you for doing your run & setting such a big PR! I think this deserves it's own post. I'm confident you would have went sub-2:00 with the spectators (and cooler temps earlier in the day). A solo run is always harder hit your pace in those late miles. Congrats!!
