Pants for chubby babies

What brand of toddler clothes makes jeans that have the elastic waist or are generally cut bigger? I just bought three pairs of 2t pants for Blb from Gap and all are too tight on her thighs and waist. Stretch pants are obviously always an option but I want some actual pants for her. I've seen some cute shorts online too and I'm afraid to buy them.

I know children's place jeans have the little pull and bottom bands on the inside for cinching in he pants but not sure if that means they are roomier in the waste or not. But you could size up and shrink in the waist?

I'll second the Children's Place pants and shorts...I just bought several pairs for G and they have the adjustable waistband. LMK if you want to borrow them to try on BLB. I ended up with some from the boy's section since they're so much sturdier.
