Fri: my favorite TRX instructor's last workout at my gym. Boo. Sat: walked around the zoo all day with my kids. Bitched about being sore from Friday's workout. Sun: 3 mi run

Fri - cf - I don't remember what though. Haha Sat - Kelly - dropped two mins off last summer and did it rx this time! Sun - a walking lunge kb swing and TTB 10 AMRAP

F - Planned rest (~ 2 miles walking) Sa - Week 2, Day 1 C25k with the hubs. I'm so glad he's liking running, and it's fun to do this together! Plus ~ 2 miles walking the dog. Su - Unplanned rest - was feeling some shin splints aches/pains (~ 2 miles walking the dog.)
