F- 30 minute bike ride, pool was closed when I got there (though the website said it should be open). Boo S- 3 mile run S- 200yd swim, 8 mile bike, 2 mile run
F: Rest Sat: 10 mile group run Sun: 4 mile recovery run
I was on a trail yesterday, and watched a man crash his bike. He was about 50 feet in front of me so I sprinted to him. When I got there, he wasn't moving. Thank goodness his friend was riding with him, but was back a little bit, so he arrived just as I did. Thankfully, the man was OK, and just had some minor scrapes. He was eventually able to ride out on his own, but it must have been so scary for him.
Friday: power cleans, Romanian dead lifts,GHD raises, then this horrible thing where you do 1 mile on the air dyne, a 20min metcon, followed by another 1 mile on the AD and you have to get there same time as the first one
Saturday: 3 14min metcons with 5min rest in between - burpee box jumps, burpee pull-ups, Turkish getups, dead lifts, and rowing were all involved
Sunday: rest day, but I did visit my college campus and walked for about an hour

turkish getups by themselves get me - can't imagine adding all the rest with it! nice workout weekend!

I actually like them quite a bit. They're slow and so I can catch my breath. Now the rowing, that's a completely different story. Doesn't matter how slow I go, I'm still dying.
Just an easy 4 mile run on Saturday morning, it was nice to be back after a little time off. I am also doing that 30 day ab and squat challenge that is floating around pinterest, doing it with a few girls from work so we keep at it. Not expecting much but more than I was doing before!
Friday: rest Saturday: 2.5 mile stroller run in the AM, 1 mile walk in the evening Sunday: 5K (not racing, just on my own) in the AM, 1 mile walk in the evening
Friday: planned rest Saturday: 5 miles Sunday: 3 Pre sunrise miles. @vtcupcake I finally broke out the headlamp. Sadly it was the last time before this weekend.
F: 2000 yd swimming S: 6 mile run S: 7 mi on the bike at the gym + lifting + 3 mile run (meant to be 12 miles but I switched with today's workout, so that's happening this evening)

I went to the doctor on Friday for my follow up appointment and got cleared to start running again!
Saturday: I put the garden in - that counts as a workout right? Sunday: First post injury run. I'm just doing some intervals to start - .25 mi run/.25 mi walk. It's nice to be back out there!
F: Joined DH for a short 3 mile run. He's coming back from a stress fracture. Core. S: 12 of the most miserable miles in awhile. I'm still accomplishing my sub 8:15 goal, but OMG, the humidity. My feet were prunes when I took off my shoes, when we stopped at a water fountain, it was running down my legs & creating a puddle. I could wring at least a cup of sweat out of my LLL swiftly tank at each stop. It was brutal. S: It rained all day, derailing my bike plans. I managed a bit of upper body & core
