Favorite headphones for running?

I've misplaced my yurbuds.

Is the answer just to replace them, or is there something bigger and better out there?

Of course they will probably turn up as soon as I take a new set for a jog.

I use my iPhone ones with little clip-on attachments that make them over-the-ear headphones. Gives me the in-line controls plus they don't tug on my ears which drives me batty.

I love my Yurbuds so I say stick with those. I have the ones with the Kevlar cord - I think they are the Inspire Duro. For some reason I like that kind of cord better than the typical cords.

The new Apple ones!!! I have also had good luck with Skull Candy ones, not the rubber tipped ones though, only the flat round plastic ones.

I just bought the Sol Republic Relays and I love them. They sounds awesome and they stay in my ear like woah. They actually have a guarantee not to fall out. They were a little pricey, but so worth it!

This is probably a dumb question, but do the Bluetooth have to connect to a phone? I really want some but have never and will never carry my phone on runs.

Well, that's annoying. I love my little clippy Nano so much that I'll never go back to a bigger thing to listen to.

If you don't necessarily want Bluetooth I suggest these:

They're really light weight and have never (ever!) fallen out of my ears. I believe I bought mine a long time ago at Target for $40.

Me too! It's so easy to just clip on, and I don't need to worry about having a pocket or an armband.

@vtcupcake I keep coming back to yurbuds because of their ability to let in ambient noise. Do you have the over-the-ear version or the other one?

I have the in-ear model. I look a little frankenstein-ish but pssch
