I have to run slow for, you know, reasons, and I can totally walk. Obvi it won't be a PR. But I've not even put on running shoes in over 2 weeks. I'll run a few miles on, say, Wednesday and wing it.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
Do run/walk intervals if you don't want to run it. Walking the whole think seems like it might get boring. But either way, you can totally do this fitness-wise!
Update - I DNS'd. My first. I'm OK with it, it was a hot morning, the course is mostly uphill and I had a major panic attack about it last night. Just not worth it to me to stress that much. Instead I spectated with my BFF as our husbands ran, got my post-race ice cream and now I'm going to nap.
