Especially when they're misspelled.

Or about how the mission of the dept is great customer service. And the reps are grouchy no-nothings when they deign to answer the phone.

See, that sounds like something I'd send in the body of the email. As a joke to my close co-workers.

Though, mainly we stick with sending Picard face-palms and photos of beer.

His email was being used as back up documentation for a purchase order. I was looking at a capital purchase and needed details. The email has gone to an outside vendor. He works in our waste water treatment plant.
