I have my first submission ready to go, but I've come to realization it was not 3 years of work for the total amount loaned (as was stated by my local HR). According to corporate HR it's 3 years per year or reimbursement.
Originally I was going to get an AS (in which case I'd only have a few left) But I thought since someone else is paying, why not go for it and get the BS! Nothing to lose!
I did the math, it'd come out to 12-15 years I'd owe them or if I quit/got fired before then I'd have to pay back.
WDYT? Is it worth it? Should I go with the minimal commitment or go for the gold?

I'd go for the gold! Especially if your employer will help pay for it. Regardless of if you quit or get fired, you'll still have that bachelor's degree under your belt. I think it's totally worth it.
Within the next year, I plan to start my master's primarily because my employer will help pay for it.
