Good morning, finally migrating over from the nest. We have lived in MA about a year and desperately need to find a tax adviser/ accountant by the fall so I dont end up doing our taxes next March! We live in Brookline but commutes take us west, and family takes us North so we are flexible.
Yes, I've done them with Turbotax for the last 5 years we were married. Just wanted some advise on the best accounts to save in and where to set our withholding's etc stuff our financial adviser cant help with and that we havent taken the time to do ourselves.
But I sure dont want to pay someone to do it wrong!

I'd ask your financial advisor to recommend one. That's how we got ours. This is who we use. Honestly, if we could do ours with turbo tax we would. It's expensive to use an accountant! But with SSDI and other disability pay we need an accountant.

Mine is in Peabody if you're north, but I actually haven't seen him in something like 6 years. We do everything email and mail, it's great.
His name is Joe Sabelli and it's Sabelli and Co. Small place, but he's good. This year it cost 250$, and that's only because we had a problem and basically had to redo everything.
