1. Run over lunch. It's 11am and already over 80 degrees. Pros: get running out of the way, maybe get a little color on my legs and arms before a wedding tomorrow since it's sunny. Cons: it's HOT and I will sweat for at least an hour after. My hair will look like crap. It's a lot of effort for a lunchtime workout i.e. dressing, undressing, shower, makeup, hair.
2. Run after the kids eat dinner in the stroller this evening. Pros: kids enjoy it as long as we stop at the park, won't have to look presentable after Cons: DS whines about going to the park during the run, pushing the stroller isn't the same as running without, going to the park solo is a bit challenging alone.
tough one--what do you NORMALLY do? I say just switch up what you generally do to keep it fun!
It's really a combination of both. I run at lunch maybe 2x a week and the rest is at night. I haven't run with the stroller for a while, so I am leaning towards that.
I think 80-anything degrees sounds delightful, so I may not be a good person to answer. However, I ran with my kids this morning and it was delightful as well.
Do you have any activity planned in the evening? Running could be killing 2 birds with one stone, if you are short of something to do.

I am a weenie about heat, so I would probably push the stroller, but I so hear you about the park whining and it just not being the same. I love the option of stroller runs because it enables me to get in runs that I would otherwise miss, but I have a bit of hatred for it because it isn't the same and there if often drama about the park, the snacks I packed, etc.

This would be our only activity for tonight. Dinner is at 5:30, bed is at 7:15 ish, so in between dinner and bed during the week is usually our window of "fun" time.
Glad you had a nice lunch! I hope it cools down some tonight and you have a beautiful run. Maybe your twins will fall asleep?? :-) One can always hope... Have a good weekend!
