Confession: I've not run since my half marathon on 18 May. I'm not proud. In fact I'm scared to start again. You all might remember I had a bad race in the heat. Even though it was under 2 hours but it was awful. It kinda turned me off running. To be fair, I've been on holidays to Malta and Svalbard but still. So... Should I sign myself up for a half in Sweden in September to motivate me? Or is my running hobby over?
You ladies are so right, thank you. I went for a ride, nothing huge, 20 miles or so. I bloody love riding my bike. I'm trying to work out when next it won't rain and I can get out for a couple of hours. But you are right, I don't HAVE to run.

Also, I can go to Sweden regardless, doesn't have to be a race. It's like £100 for flights. Think I'll treat myself to a trip.
