I'm leaving tomorrow for AP grading in Louisville, KY. Will be back on the 16th. It's so hard to be gone that long. And where we stay, I've about exhausted running routes. I need to get at least five runs in, one of which is a 12 miler that I reeeeealllly don't have time for. Ugh. On a related note, we're going to Lake Powell for a week when I get back. Running in the lake maybe? Nothing like a trip during marathon training.
I have no point here. Just whining. When does my summer start?!?! I just got done with school yesterday!
I'll be in Italy for 13 days, 6 weeks into marathon training. LOL I'm starting training at week 3, to leave room for what is sure to be a 2 week, mid-cycle, taper. Problems, we really have them, eh?
I predict that that we'll both be fine, but it's stressful to think about in regards to training.
Eta: Oh, and I totally get the work frustration. I once delayed a work trip for me (and two others) by a week, because the week we were supposed to go, was a week I had 62 miles on the schedule. 3 cities scattered across the country was not happening during that week! Thankfully I controlled the timeline for that trip.

1) Poor thing...Italy...
2) I have to know if you told 'work' why the trip got pushed out?

No, no I did not. LOL I checked with the other two people to be sure either week was OK with them, then I said that due to a tight timeline on some materials we were waiting on, I would feel better if we didn't rush things, and waited until the following week. It also lined up with the start of a new promo period, so it actually DID make more sense, that just wasn't the original plan.
