Honey butter. Good luck! The only time I colored my hair at home, it was almost purple. I've had my natural color ever since, so obviously I'm not an expert on hair color.
I would be really careful about the honey color b/c it's got such golden / warm undertones. In real life, an at-home / non-professional kit w/o toner could turn out really brassy depending on your natural shade. On the model I prefer the honey to the champagne, but I would stick to the champagne b/c that looks to have more neutral undertones.
Even with blonde highlights, I would *not* attempt going blonde at home. This is one of those things where you cough up the cash to have a professional do for you.
