I'm currently at work, but I'm going in for a second interview at a university today to meet with the president and provost. Right now I have two new job leads, and I'm both excited and bummed. I really like my current job, but since I work for a non-prof and our budget is :N: I'm having to start looking for elsewhere. My position is about to either be eliminated or cut in half. On the plus side, I do like both of the positions I'm in the final running for.

Yay for great job leads.
I am fake nesting and cleaning while trying to keep the little dude busy so he doesn't make more messes. I need to go run some errands and get a work out in somewhere.

Good Luck S!
I'm eating a waffle and need to go get ready to work. Thankfully I'm actually caught up at work so I can actually help patients rather than being stuck in my office billing all day. Yay!
I have a spray tan appointment tonight so that I can be all tanned and not ghostly for my cousin's wedding on Saturday.
I'm on the job search too, but nothing promising as of yet.

Fingers crossed for good leads soon! Have you tried Fake Bake? It's a lotion on Amazon that a friend of mine uses and swears by. She looks amazing actually. I'm thinking of buying a bottle, but I haven't yet.

I'm sipping coffee and watching HIMYM. Plus doing my online paperwork for my new job. I have to work at the Bux at 2. Hopefully get a run in before then. GL with your job hunt!

I'm trying to decide what I want to get done today... B is teething and hates me being more then a few feet away so trying to get things done gets harder and harder.
I managed to hurt my neck around 5am, and it feels like I am being stabbed whenever I move it.
I'm gonna wash my hair, clean the bathroom (or maybe I'll do that tomorrow) and head over to the mall. Oh! I'm gonna go to the commissary too for a light shopping load. Gonna wait until DH is home before I actually food shop.
There has been sunshine here for 9 days straight. We've already hit the 80s which doesn't ever happen until July. I have hopes for a real summer but I won't be here to enjoy it really since we are hopping around everywhere during Hubby's block leave.
I need to go shopping for some shoes to wear while in DC. I don't think my wedges and flip flops will go over too well with all the walking we'll be doing.
We finally got official word on where we will be in Korea and the LTC M's in contact with is super helpful. I'm nervous, but she is making me feel better which is a refreshing change from previous units!
Seoul is awesome. We tried to go there every chance we could. I'm assuming Yongsan?
Get familiar with the subway. It takes you most places you want to go. Plus, it's fairly cheap. You can get a pass from the convenience stores that you just top up when you need to.
Itaewon (just outside of Yongsan) is your ex-pat/military area. While normally that's a negative to me, there's some really good food there. Flying pan and Kitchen are 2 of my favorites.
The W hotel, a fair way out, has the most amazing brunch I've ever had. It's very expensive, but it's worth it. Unlimited champagne, and not cheap stuff, Vivue Cliquot. I think we each drank over a bottle, and it's $40/bottle in the US! I still drool thinking of that meal.
The palaces are really actually interesting. Even H, who's spent a lot of time in China, said they were almost as good as places like the Summer Palace.
If you're wanting to travel, keep an eye on flights. I went to Hong Kong and Kyoto, both for about $300 for a ticket. You'll probably never get to those places as cheaply again. Even when I was living in Japan it was $600 to go to Kyoto.

Is there anything specific you want to know?
Thanks! This is great info! We will be at Yongsan and plan to do a lot of traveling. I'll definitely keep my eyes peeled for deals. We'll be there for two years so I anticipate a lot of long weekend trips.
I can't think of any specific questions right now, but will be sure to PM you when some come up.

No I haven't tried Fake Bake. There is a tanning salon by my work and they to the sunless spray tans I did one about 2 weeks ago to see how it would go and I have an appointment tonight. It was pretty cheap too, only $45 total for my two sessions.

I took today off so I could play Diablo 3 all day- but I haven't managed to even create a character yet and I'm pissed. Now the servers are all down and I'm about to eat my feelings, courtesy of Domino's.

Tomorrow is session 2 of my pirate girl.
E's heading to pick up his copy of Diablo 3 when he gets off work today. Thankfully he has class tonight so hopefully the servers are back up when he gets home. He has been so twitchy waiting for this game to come out ( he is currently sick of everything he has) so I'm glad it comes out today so they twitchies can stop. He is so annoying when he is twitchy.
