I'm pretty paranoid when it comes to putting DD's pictures online. I only am FB friends with people that I actually know and I ask if anyone that put's pictures up of her keep them private. I don't want everyone and their mom seeing pictures of my kid with her name and last name attached.
I think 4 and 8 are too old to have naked tush pictures taken period, let alone put online for the world to see.
I think they're too old to have their naked butts on the internets.
I am very clearly ok with baby butts online, but once their bodies aren't screaming "baby fat" I think it's inconsiderate to others and to them. I don't worry so much about Internet weirdos.
I would never in a million years put up a naked photo of ds.

I agree with you.
This reminds me of my friend. she is a "photographer" and she posts such strange pictures of her daughter. It kinda makes me uncomfortable. Like when she was 7 (or close to it) she would have her daugher with no visable top and just a fuzzy boa. +o(
I think I may have posted one a long time ago, but probably won't again with the next baby. When I see a baby butt on FB, I really don't think much of it. Honestly, I'm more weirded out about being judged for posting it than I am about actually posting it.

to be clear, I don't judge friends for posting pictures. I'm just not sure I personally would. And if I do it would only be for my friends list (who are all people I know well).
If it's in my user settings with an option for "friends only" I check it. I don't even really read what it is. Anything I want attached to my name in a google search is shared on my LinkedIn profile. I'm just not comfortable putting more out there.
oh, yeah, I didn't think you were judging her in particular. I was thinking there would definitely be a side-eye from the IL's or something if I posted baby butt.
I assume my in laws side eye me for everything, it's easier to not care that way And i'm not facebook friends with them Of course no kids makes that easier to get away with.
