Happy Wednesday! It has been a long time since we had a Good News Wednesday! So, here is your chance to share your good news!! Big or small, any good news at all is worth sharing

I guess I'll start since nobody else seems to have any good news

We found a caregiver for the baby and I feel pretty comfortable with her. I'm even starting to get excited about going back to work in september now that I feel okay with the daycare situation.

Good news #2: I had a friend over yesterday and have more friends coming into town this weekend! It is really nice to be getting out more and hanging out with friends.

#3 I'm going to have a nap this afternoon. If that isn't great news, I don't know what is!

I was able to renew my driver's license through the mail so I don't have to worry about that for another 4 years. Yippee! It's nice to have current state-issued picture id that's not my passport.

Yay Wednesday!

Hhmmmm....good news is that DH gets back from his business trip on Saturday! So that will be nice.

I also have a girls night with some friends planned for Friday :-) Making some spinach artichoke disp and pink champagne cupcakes. Yum!

Haven't been on here in a while as I have been over at Got Pregnant.

My good news from the last few weeks is that my book was released and it did well in the first week. I had good press in Canada and was ranked fairly high on Amazon.ca. My mom said the Barnes and Nobles in Bellingham, WA sold out of it! I am not sure if that was just all of her friends buying it.... Too shy to link to the book here.

The other thing: it's hot here! Seems incredible. Took boys to the beach in the afternoon yesterday and it was so nice. DS2 still in that sand eating stage but who cares, it's warm out! Please please let this be the start of a decent UK summer.

@myblue congrats on finding a caregiver you like!

dorothyinAus Reading that reminded me I need to get my Canadian passport renewed in the next few months..

I'm not eligible for that this year, so I have to renew mine while we are on vacation in august. yippee!

I was so thankful I was eligible this year as I am not planning to go back until January, which would be 5 months late for renewal, and would mean re-testing as well as a late-renewal penalty fee.  I'll just have to plan to be home in late August/early September 2018.
