We're having a team building event at a hipster cooking class place. We'll be split into teams to cook together. I have Celiac disease and won't want to touch half this stuff, nevermind the fact that I won't be able to eat it. (They did provide a menu, depending on cross contamination it sounds like I can have like one of the items.)
This sounds like hell.
Start emailing them pictures from my Glermy thread and tell everyone these are ideas you have for recipes. Maybe they'll cancel the whole thing.

Can I ask you an only slightly related question mp ?
If you cook for a large group, your guests, do you ever cook gluten items you do not eat? Why would you? But then again, if pasta is cheap, easy and a crowd pleaser maybe you'd serve it. Do you?
