We just watched it today. Agreed that it was a good pilot and has the promise to be a good show!

I watched both episodes and the Dr's wife is dumb as hell! And she doesn't get any better in the second one.

For the life of my I can't figure out why she keeps nagging him to tell her why he doesn't want to be "home". Would she keep nagging a war vet about what they saw and did during a war?

I like the show, watched first two episodes last night - feels like an HBO/Showtime series. And definitely agree - he should have left the wife at home!

The General is definitely going to try and kill Barry at some point.

And Barry's Boy Scout attitude doesn't bother me. I think he is trying to go above and beyond to do the right thing since he probably feels guilty for killing that guy to earn his father's approval.

Also, why dies the daughter seem to be the smartest of them all?

The dictator who was his father? Or the dictator that is his brother?

If it was his father, he killed that man as a small child. Providing that was the only time that he did this, he grew up and realized how badly he screwed up. Now he is trying to do everything in his power to try and stop the killing.

I know, the daughter is the only one with a clue. I think she also gets that her dad did saw/did some things that he doesn't want to talk about. And she realizes that her brother is playing with fire.

The American wife is pointless. We loled when she was wearing the sparkly nightgown for like no reason.

I like it so far but i want to know more about the evil father. We know he gassed people and that the brother/president is a jerk but i want more backstory on why there is a revolution brewing.

And yes the daughter is the only one with a clue.
